Should No-Knock Police Raids be Rare-or Routine?

The Cato Institute will hold a forum on September 11, 2008 on the issue of No-Knock Raids as a law enforcement tool, and the record of abuse and tragedy that has developed from this tactic.

The forum will start at 4:00 PM and feature:
