Congress is Key to Restoring Freedom

The Ron Paul campaign has generated new interest in freedom and new energy in promoting the antiwar libertarian viewpoint as a political force. Ron Paul has a record of defending freedom in hostile territory - the Congress of the United States. He has done more than talk about freedom - he votes “No” when the statists move to take more of your freedom.  Congressman Paul has introduced bills to repeal laws, restore freedom, and to bring the troops home.

But one antiwar libertarian in Congress is not enough to stop the warfare-welfare state. We need more libertarians and limited government conservatives in Congress. Austin Libertarian activist Rock Howard has identified officeholders and candidates - Libertarians, Republicans and others - who are campaigning for more freedom and less goverment.
